For 'soft' media - ie pre-digitised photo's and music - we can arrange FTP, or email transfer of data back and forth. (We will gladly take you through this in easy steps if required). For 'hard' media - ie your photo albums or vinyl discs - we will discuss transport based upon any individual situation. For instance, within most of the North West region - and for a standard fee - digi-doc can collect and deliver consignments themselves. Indeed, we actually prefer to do this. Therefore, collection / delivery, and any assurances and guarantees you may require, will be discussed on a per job basis. First and foremost, we aim to ensure that YOU are happy. For recording work, where you will be putting down your own vocal :- All the initial work will be done remotely by digi-doc, and you will then be required at your convenience, to come along to our small studio to complete the vocal. However, thanks to this wonderful hi-technological age that we live in, there may be a chance that even this work can be done remotely! Again, this will be discussed on a per job basis. Whatever suits you, we generally can, and therefore will, oblige. For your peace of mind, upon work completion and despatch, digi-doc will retain a soft copy of ALL your media until you confirm to us the receipt of the return consignment.
Simply click on the above paypal link and then enter the full and final cost of your work, as agreed in writing with digi-doc. If you do not already have a paypal account, no problem. Just ignore the email / password boxes, and go straight to the totally secure option to pay directly with your credit or debit card. Any problems with this, please let us know. Once this payment has been processed, your goods will be despatched.
ChequesPlease ensure that the following information is added to the back of your cheque: * Expiry date. * Card limit. * Card number (usually 16 digits)* Account holders name and address.

Whilst digi-doc will apply the same amount of skill and effort into each and every job we undertake, it should be stressed that audio / visual restoration is not an exact science. Results cannot be guaranteed to be as succesful as the examples posted on this site. The quality of the final results depends on many things - not least, initial media quality - and subsequently every restoration we do will produce different results. We can though, of course, guarantee that the restored media will be a lot better than the old one, and if requested, a sample can be sent to you for approval before final work completion.
